She made me feel at ease and explained the process thoroughly, as it was my first time having a sonogram. The owner, who greeted me, is so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I was quickly comforted by the lovely Jasmine and my wonderful sonogram technician Lupe. After talking me through the process I was comfortable and confident I was in the right hands. I felt it was an extremely thorough scan, Lupe spent a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed or like a number. I was treated with care and respect. Lupe was the ultrasound tech during my appointment. She is very sweet and gentle. She went through every area in both my breasts and took lots of shots. The office is very beautiful and relaxing. I was so nervous at first but came out feeling relaxed. I received my results within 3 business days.
