Jasmine Khorsandi,

Jasmine Khorsandi

Ultrasound Sonographer

Jasmine Khorsandi is an ultrasound sonographer and founder of SonoBreasts in Santa Monica, California. Ms. Khorsandi takes a holistic approach to care and loves that she can provide women in the Los Angeles area with radiation-free breast ultrasounds using the advanced SonoCiné®. Born and raised in sunny Santa Monica, Ms. Khorsandi attended the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), majoring in history. With her passion dwindling class by class, Ms. Khorsandi sought help from a life coach and took time off to reset. She then went to the West Coast Ultrasound Institute (WCUI) School of Medical Imaging in Beverly Hills, California, earning her degree as an ultrasound technician.  Ms. Khorsandi has experience performing a wide range of ultrasounds, including thyroid, pelvic, abdomen, carotid artery, and breast. Soon after starting her career, Ms. Khorsandi was introduced to the whole breast SonoCiné ultrasound, giving her the ability to detect cancer lesions as small as 3 millimeters.  In her free time, Ms. Khorsandi takes care of her mind, body, and spirit through yoga and meditation. She also enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.  Ms. Khorsandi believes God gives everyone a gift, and if you give it energy every day, it will manifest.

Caroline Moss

Radiologist

Dr. Caroline Moss is an expert physician who has experience and training from centers across the United States. She specializes in breast and women’s radiology. She has been practicing breast imaging since 1991 and specializes in mammography, ultrasonography and both ultrasound guided and stereotactic biopsies. Dr. Moss is also trained in 3D Breast Tomosynthesis, the newest breast imaging technology. She especially enjoys the patient contact at SonoBreasts, since many areas of radiology don’t offer patient interaction. Prior to coming to SonoBreasts, she worked in offices that cared for women in underserved populations and still does so a few times a week. She is excited to be part of our expanding breast center and we are happy to have her as a member of SonoBreasts where she counsels patients on mammogram and ultrasound findings as well as helps provide pinpoint accuracy to allow for cancer removal and diagnosis. Dr. Moss is a native Californian. She trained in radiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and UCLA. She completed her CT/US/MRI fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, and also has special training in nuclear medicine.

Aleesia Delgado, DMS

Ultrasound Sonographer

Aleesia Delgado was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. While attending school, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field, but she was uncertain about which path to take. Aleesia has always had a passion for helping others and being someone people can rely on. She chose the medical field because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

After earning her first Associate’s degree, Aleesia toured several schools in search of the right career path. It was during a visit to an ultrasound program that she discovered her passion for diagnostic medical sonography. She was amazed by the ability to see inside the body without the need for surgical intervention.

Aleesia attended West Coast Ultrasound Institute (WCUI) School of Medical Imaging in Ontario, California, where she earned her second degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

She has received training at major imaging centers and has experience performing a wide variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including breast, carotid, thyroid, abdominal, and other general ultrasound studies.

Ultrasound has given Aleesia the opportunity to combine her technical scanning skills with her compassion for patient care. She is committed to providing high-quality imaging while ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their experience.

When she is not assisting patients, Aleesia enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, spending time with family and close friends, and creating new memories through travel and adventure.
